Race reports will be posted & photos will be posted but just know this:

If you missed this weekend you missed a good one!!

No problems, no hitches, no tantrums, no controversies. It was just a fantastic weekend of racing. 73 entries in 7 classes. A fantastic turnout. A field of 9 for Opens. 9 also for cobalt 12. Which continues to prove what strong wing racers we have here in Texas (and Oklahoma).

A huge thank you to everyone that attended. Some of you drove or flew a long way to race with us this weekend and we appreciate it. I'm fairly certain everyone had a good time.

So of the highlights for me:

Rhett McNair wiping Gary Risk's name off the record board in Nascar!

The battle between Brian Cannon and Luther Gilbreath in TSRA GTP. They are both amazing drivers.

Bill Frost complaining how slow his wing flexi motors were and then he WON wing flexi!

Justin Rick out of his cast.

11 entries for USRA Boxstock. I thought this class might be dying.

Seeing David Key come off the farm to drive a slot car again.

5 racers from Oklahoma! Thanks guys for making the trip. We will see you up the there June 6 & 7.

Milton Gamble flying from Tennessee
to spend the weekend racing with us. Nice to finally meet you in person. Thanks Milton.

Meeting Jim Hahn from Tulsa. Thanks for making the trip.

Getting Joe Pope, HO Larry and Chicago transplant Dave Linn back for Nascar racing.

Not exactly a highlight but definitely worth mentioning...The Thunderstorms! Plagued by strong thunderstorms, flooding rains and lightening...we all worried the power would go off mid race. We never thought the roof would start to leak AND right over the lead on. A huge thanks to everyone for helping find a solution so the next race could begin.

I'm sure you guys have more highlights to add.

I just want to say thanks again for making the TSRA race #3 a huge success.
