We bought the track in August 2007. We had 7 days to get it out of the building and moved into storage. It took about a month untill we found a building.
In May 2008, our landlord broke our lease so he could collect triple the rent. He gave us 4 weeks to find a new space and move the track. So we moved the track again! This time the building was not quite ready. It took us 9 weeks to remodel, reconstruct and reassemble the space to make it suitable for the tracks. We re-opened August 15 2008.
